Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of TrueStock (truestock.app and the TrueStock application), provided by Tech Guru IT Solutions (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

TrueStock provides RFID-based stock tagging, physical stock auditing, reporting and exit-gate security, working alongside your accounting software. We may add, change or remove features to improve the service.

2. Accounts & free trial

• You must provide accurate details and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• New companies may start a 14-day free trial. After the trial, continued use requires an active paid plan.
• You are responsible for your users and for the roles/permissions you grant them.

3. Plans, fees & GST

Paid plans are billed monthly as shown on our pricing page, plus applicable GST. Hardware (handhelds, tags, gate readers) is billed separately, one-time. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the service, attempt to breach security, or use it unlawfully.
• Do not upload data you do not have the right to use.
• Do not resell or white-label the service except under an approved partner agreement.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of your business data. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate and support the service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Integrations & hardware

Third-party integrations (Tally, Zoho, BUSY, Marg, Vyapar, MyBillBook, Google Sheets) are subject to those providers’ own terms. RFID hardware is covered by its manufacturer warranty; on-site AMC is available on eligible plans.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance and will try to minimise disruption.

8. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or for non-payment. On termination you may request an export of your data within a reasonable period.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at New Delhi having jurisdiction.
