Before you ask
No. TrueStock sits on top of your existing accounting software. Your team keeps billing exactly as they do today; we read the stock and bill data and add the RFID layer. Nothing about your accounting changes.
We install a small TrueStock Connector on the same PC as Tally (or Busy / Marg). It securely syncs your items, godowns and bills to TrueStock automatically. Setup takes about 15 minutes and our engineer does it with you.
Every approved sale bill, delivery challan, stock transfer or adjustment in your accounting software authorises specific serial numbers. When a tag passes the gate, TrueStock checks the serial against these documents in under a second. No approved document, and the buzzer sounds.
The gate keeps a local copy of authorisation data and continues working. The handheld stores audits offline and uploads them when the connection returns.
With one tagging station, a trained operator tags 300 to 500 units per day. Most businesses tag new incoming stock at GRN time and back-tag old stock over 1 to 2 weeks. We train your team on day one.
