This Privacy Policy explains how Tech Guru IT Solutions (“we”, “us”), the provider of TrueStock (truestock.app), collects, uses and protects information when you use our website and the TrueStock application.

1. Information we collect

Account details you provide — your name, company name, email address, mobile number and password.
Business data you add to TrueStock — items, stock, serial numbers, RFID tags, godowns, users and related records.
Integration data you choose to connect — stock and item data imported from Tally, Zoho, BUSY, Marg, Vyapar, MyBillBook or Google Sheets.
Usage & technical data — log information such as IP address, browser/device type and pages used, to keep the service secure and reliable.

2. How we use it

To provide and operate TrueStock — stock auditing, RFID tagging, reports and exit-gate security.
To authenticate you (including one-time codes sent to your registered email/mobile).
To provide support, send service notices, and improve the product.
To meet legal, tax and security obligations.

3. Your data stays yours

Your business data belongs to you. We do not sell your data. We access it only to operate and support the service, or where you ask us to (for example, setting up a connector). Each company’s data is isolated within the multi-tenant platform.

4. Sharing

We share information only with: service providers that help us run TrueStock (for example, email delivery and hosting), the accounting platforms you explicitly connect, and authorities where required by law. Authorised resellers act on your behalf only with your consent.

5. Security

We use access controls, encryption in transit (HTTPS) and encrypted storage of sensitive secrets. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and limit access to what is necessary.

6. Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service or comply with law. You can request deletion of your account data by contacting us.

7. Your rights

You may access, correct or request deletion of your personal data, and update your profile within the app. To make a request, email support@truestock.app.
