What it does
Reports give you stock, tagging, audit and movement insights. The Activity log records who did what and when, for accountability. Everything can be exported and you can choose which columns to show.
Step by step
- Open Reports and choose the report you need.
- Filter by godown, date range or status.
- Use Customize Columns to show only what you want on screen.
- Export the current view to CSV / Excel / PDF (full data is kept in the export).
- Open Activity to see a timeline of changes by user.
Tips & good practice
- Export current view for quick shares; full export for records.
- Use date filters for monthly stock and variance reviews.
- Activity logs help resolve ‘who changed this?’ questions.
