What it does
TrueStock is a multi-company platform. You get your own company workspace, invite your team with roles, connect your accounting data, then tag and audit your physical stock.
Step by step
- Start a free trial at books.truestock.app/register — this creates your company and your admin login.
- Sign in with your email or mobile (you can also use a one-time code).
- Go to Settings → Integrations and connect your accounting app or import a stock file.
- Invite your team under Settings → Users and give each person a role.
- Install the C-72 handheld app and start tagging units with RFID.
Tips & good practice
- Use a strong password and change it after first sign-in.
- Your company data is private to your company — other companies can’t see it.
- You can update your own name, email and mobile any time under your profile.
