What it does
Find lets you look up a unit by keyword (SKU / serial / EPC) on the web or C-72. On the handheld, a Geiger-style locator gets stronger as you approach the tag, so you can pinpoint one unit among thousands.
Step by step
- Open Find (web) or the Find screen on the C-72.
- Type a SKU, serial number or scan a barcode.
- Pick the unit from the results to see its details and last known location.
- On the C-72 tap Locate — the closeness meter rises as you near the tag.
- Use the trigger to refocus; the tone speeds up as you get closer.
Tips & good practice
- Locate works best at full reader power in a clear aisle.
- If several units match, locate them one at a time.
- Find also shows who tagged a unit and when.
