What it does
Every user can update their own profile (name, email, mobile, password). Company owners/admins manage the company, users and plan. New companies get a 14-day free trial; after that an active plan keeps the service running.
Step by step
- Open My profile to update your name, email, mobile or password.
- Owners/admins manage company details and team under Settings.
- Your plan (Starter / Growth / Enterprise) sets limits and features — see Pricing.
- During the 14-day trial you have full access to try TrueStock.
- To upgrade, change plan or for invoices/GST, contact us.
Tips & good practice
- Keep your email/mobile current — they’re used for sign-in codes.
- Only owners/admins can change company-wide settings.
- All plans include GST invoices and support in Hindi & English.
