Account, profile and billing
Manage your profile, company details, plan and trial.
What it does
Every user can update their own profile (name, email, mobile, password). Company owners and admins manage the company, users and plan. New companies get a 14-day free trial; after that an active plan keeps the service running.
Step by step
- Open My profile to update your name, email, mobile or password.
- Owners and admins manage company details and team under Settings.
- Your plan (Starter, Growth or Enterprise) sets limits and features. See Pricing.
- During the 14-day trial you have full access to try TrueStock.
- To upgrade, change plan or for invoices and GST, contact us.
Tips and good practice
- Keep your email and mobile current. They are used for sign-in codes.
- Only owners and admins can change company-wide settings.
- All plans include GST invoices and support in Hindi and English.
