Integrations
Bring items and stock in from the accounting software you already use.
What it does
TrueStock works alongside your accounting app. Zoho Inventory syncs automatically over its API; Tally, BUSY, Marg, Vyapar and MyBillBook sync by file import today (with an optional on-premise agent for live sync); Google Sheets is available on the Starter plan.
Step by step
- Go to Settings → Integrations in the app.
- Pick your app and follow the on-screen, self-service steps.
- For Zoho and Google: connect the account once and stock syncs on a schedule.
- For Tally, BUSY, Marg, Vyapar and MyBillBook: export to Excel and use Items → More → Import.
- For automatic on-premise sync, install the TrueStock agent (see link below).
Tips and good practice
- Re-import any time to refresh. Rows match by SKU and update in place.
- Resellers can set up connectors for customers on their behalf.
