Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of TrueStock (truestock.app and the TrueStock application), provided by Tech Guru IT Solutions (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

TrueStock provides RFID-based stock tagging, physical stock auditing, reporting and exit-gate security, working alongside your accounting software. We may add, change or remove features to improve the service.

2. Accounts and free trial

  • You must give accurate details and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • New companies may start a 14-day free trial. After the trial, continued use needs an active paid plan.
  • You are responsible for your users and the roles and permissions you give them.

3. Plans, fees and GST

Paid plans are billed monthly as shown on the pricing page, plus applicable GST. Hardware (handhelds, tags, gate readers) is billed separately, one-time. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse the service, try to breach its security or use it unlawfully.
  • Do not upload data you do not have the right to use.
  • Do not resell or white-label the service except under an approved partner agreement.

5. Your data

You keep ownership of your business data. You give us the limited rights needed to run and support the service. How we handle data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

6. Integrations and hardware

Third-party integrations (Tally, Zoho, BUSY, Marg, Vyapar, MyBillBook, Google Sheets) are subject to those providers’ own terms. RFID hardware is covered by its manufacturer warranty. On-site AMC is available on eligible plans.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may carry out maintenance and will try to keep disruption to a minimum.

8. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.

9. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or for non-payment. After termination you can ask for an export of your data within a reasonable period.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with the courts at New Delhi having jurisdiction.
